The service staff/optician knew their products really well. Special shout out to Veronica who went through the cupboards and recommended different designs and tones to ensure I got one I really like. Thanks Veronica for the pleasant experience at Bolon. Keep up the great work.

Excellent service by Siti. Though i did not make the glasses from Bolon, she still helped to adjust as i have accidentally sit on it. Very skillful too 👍 Will come back again to get my next pair of glasses …

I've always been a fan of their trendy and lightweight frames. Entered the J8 outlet today with an intention to browse, but was attracted to one of the frame models and decided to purchase a new pair. The sales person who served me was Veronica. She was very sincere, friendly and presented good product knowledge. It was a pleasant shopping experience and I'll be happy to come back again for another pair in the future. Thanks Veronica! 😄

I was attracted by a rimless frame from BOLON, and purchase it from February, however, till now still have not received it since they have problem to provide the lense in perfect shape. So far feeling not good, right now I can only say dnot buy BOLON rimless frame if you want to change the lens shape since they are not professionalism at all.

Had a very pleasant experience shopping at Bolon Junction 8! Stepped into the store and was warmly greeted by Siti who invited my partner and I to try on the frames freely. She gave recommendations at appropriate times, which was very helpful and not pushy. My partner and I took quite some time with our decision but she was very patient in the entire process. Also appreciate her professionalism in the alignment of the glasses. Went home happily with two pairs of sunglasses. Thank you Siti!

The frames don't last and bought it less than a year. Not worth to buy from them. I send my daughter specs to show them and ask them try to services. Just a look and told me that this specs cannot be repaired and suggested to buy a new frames. Went to another shop and really surprised and impressed that they really did a good job.

Jason is amazing if you ever need a fitting done, look for him. He’s always patiently recommending his customer frames that best suit his customer. He even taught me some great eye care tip. Great experience!
