The Atrix staff Haichel from J8 is friendly and helpful. We were surprised that he remembered the model that we were looking for 1 week ago and gave us a nice discount to seal the deal. Thanks a lot!

My first time purchasing from Atrix. Staff name: Cai He. His service was superb. He was supposed to have his lunch but did not go for it and still prioritized serving us. We bought an Asus laptop and we also received many gifts. He was also very patient and polite towards my colleague. He even gave us chairs to sit on as he required more time to install the program. Thanks for the great service. Will return again.

I would like to share my recent experience at your Junction 8 outlet regarding the application for a Senior Plan SIM card for my mother. During my first visit, I was informed by a staff member that I could apply for a regular SIM card and later downgrade it to a Senior Plan once my mother obtained a valid Singpass. Based on this advice, I proceeded accordingly. After successfully setting up a Singpass account for my mother, we returned to the same outlet. This time, we were assisted by a young Chinese male staff member wearing spectacles. He informed us that a physical NRIC card was required to proceed with the Senior Plan. I found this confusing, as ICA has clearly stated that physical NRICs are no longer issued for certain cases. When we attempted to proceed using the digital Singpass, the system failed to scan after three or four attempts, and the staff member eventually told us we needed to go to the main SIMBA service centre at Orchard. Frankly, I found the service lacking in knowledge and support. If the staff is new or still in training, it would be more appropriate for them to receive guidance before handling customers independently. In the end, we visited a nearby shophouse at Junction 8 and successfully completed the application for the Senior Plan there without needing a physical card. I hope this feedback helps improve your training and service quality. Please feel free to clarify whether a physical NRIC is truly necessary for Senior Plan applications moving forward.

I traveled all the way there for the promotion, but in the end, I was told it was sold out. They didn't indicate on the board that it was out of stock, which I found frustrating. They should have indicated it instead of making me wait so long just for them to check whether the item was in stock.
