Thanks for bringing the vegetable ramen back ❤️. Vegetables add a really nice sweet crunch to the meal.

My family is a regular customer at Ajisen Ramen! I always love the Vegetable Ramen! The food is good value for money! A young female staff member served our table this evening. She was genuine and polite! Such qualities are hard to find these days!

The egg was cold, and the cuttlefish was cold and hard, as if it had been cooked and left out for a long time. When I gave feedback, they told me my order was placed 15 minutes ago, which is why the food had cooled down. However, the texture of cold food is noticeably different. As a regular customer of Ajisen Ramen, I know how the food should taste, so there’s no need to explain it to me. And hello, the 15 minutes on the order paper indicated the time I placed my order, not the moment the food was placed on my table! The waiter was also rude. I won’t be returning to this branch again.

Doesn't look like much, but honestly, the food tastes great for a ramen chain. The gyozas were surprisingly good. Not to mention the chijimi. And of course, I can't forget my favorite ramen at Ajisen, the Volcano Ramen. That garlicky, spicy broth just gets me every time. Their noodles are rarely overcooked, which is why Ajisen is criminally underrated. The tables are packed so closely together at this branch that it sucked any kind of good atmosphere out of this place, but the food does its job.

I have been a regular customer, but the portion seems to be a lot smaller than before. I didn't take a photo of the ramen when it was served, but this was after one scoop. The two sides were served after we were done with the ramen, and the Thai fish cake looks super tiny.

Ajisen Ramen at Bishan offers quick, satisfying ramen with rich broth and tender toppings. It's good for a casual, fuss-free meal.

Below-average ramen store. I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen. First, the Tonkatsu ramen wasn't hot, so I know they precooked it. The ramen broth was so salty. I literally still feel thirsty after 6 hours despite drinking water, and my mouth felt so dry. The noodles were ordinary. They weren't that good. And they couldn't cook the hanjuku egg to make it orange. The pork was really tough and overcooked. Though it's considered a cheaper ramen store, and the prices aren't expensive, I wouldn't come back to patronize here unless my options were super, super limited. The good thing here is that they give cashback. So, every time you spend, you can claim money back, and it's cheaper. You also earn points, and you can probably earn vouchers.

We came on the first day of Chinese New Year for lunch. Their food portions have shrunk considerably over the years. Luckily, now they have free noodle top-up for those with a hearty appetite. The normal portion, along with the side dish and tea set, is enough for me. My husband had the noodle top-up, and it was just the right amount for him. The volcano soup is a little too salty; otherwise, all is good.

I haven't had Ajisen in many years. Ordered the usual cha shu ramen and tom yum karaage ramen. Both tasted good. The side dishes were fresh and tasty too. The set comes with a drink as well. The downside is the shop's environment is quite run down, especially the sofa seats. It looks quite dirty, which made me hesitate to sit. I sat on the other chair instead.

We had a meal at Ajisen Ramen in Junction 8, and it was an average experience. The ramen was decent—flavors were all right but nothing particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the side sushi was a letdown—it tasted dry and not very fresh, which took away from the overall meal. Service was fine, but the food didn’t quite meet expectations. I might return for a quick bite, but wouldn’t go out of the way for it.
