I have been a customer for years and have always found their service honest, pricing very fair, and always willing to go above and beyond. I have been a customer with this shop for the past 20 years. All these years their patience n friendly service were excellent from the lady boss and the staff. Goods in the shop have never fail me in terms of quality n price. No hard sell and explanation of the crystals and benefits were explain . Staff n lady boss will advise n tell you what are your needs n never push beyond that. They will welcome your return if you need to consider. Bravo to the staff n management 👍👍

Been to window shopping a few times and both ladies in the shop are friendly and they let me try out the jade bangles which I always afraid that might get struck or having difficulties of taking it in and out of my wrists. Finally, I got one which they gave me suggestions and also to my most liking. Love it, thanks to both ladies.

Just did my prosperity Huat Huat bracelet at Yi Hua Xuan. Elaine has always been so helpful to provide good service and advice on the crystals knowledge. They have a variety of crystals stones of good quality and always ready to do bespoke pieces to bring out every individual personality!

Today was my 4thvisit. Elaine was as friendly and helpful as when I had visited. Besides selling jade and crystals, she was v helpful in showing me 18k clasps. I was there to change my gold chain clasp that had become faulty. She allowed me to peer through the magnifying glass to see the hallmark. She sells lovely jade products. Am very pleased she also can change and fix gold chain and gold bracelet clasps. Have bought ring and bracelets in the past. Highly recommended.
