Our first visit to Weston’s J8 outlet today was a very pleasant one. Staff are helpful and especially Mr Andy who is very patient and polite….will visit again real soon to try to get another Arsenal jersey ⚽️

I’m amazed by his patience and helpfulness.
My girl needs the cleats by tomorrow and we reached the outlet at 853pm.
A staff was preparing for the closure while we walked in
We then spent a while (past their closing time) and selected a model.
Andy patiently took out the size, loosen the laces and there’s not a single sense of pressure on us. We asked a couple questions and he answered them patiently
Eventually my girl picked another model which they don’t have the size in stock
Andy even asked to check if other outlets have the stock. And told us 313 might have

Range of jerseys and memorabilia cannot be compared to Queensway outlet for sure but it has the latest and most popular ones, in most sizes too. It’s a good heartland location for the football fans around here who does not wish to travel further to town or city. Service, however, can be improved. Felt that the staff could have been more proactive, polite and friendly. Some of them do not seem to have the heart to serve or even be there.

Visited Weston Bishan Branch teacher on 7th Aug. Enquired on Manchester United 2024/25 away jersey. Andy the branch manager served and handled all my queries patiently. He was courteous and informative at all times. Told him I wanted to try XL but he insisted I also try XXL to see the difference. I was then getting an M for my nephew who was not there but he suggested get and S as I was printing names and won’t be able to exchange them later. He even tried on the jersey on himself to let me visualise if it fits my nephew. Printing was done well. Go to place for your football jersey needs!

Went few days back to their J8 branch hoping to grab some jerseys. Me and my cousin were looking around and we are not even attended despite being in walking round the shop for 2 times. Only to spot 2 guy standing there and chat all the way. Guess must be the big boss. Total horrible customer experience. Unlike Weston Queensway. Always there to help no matter what. Hope you can get your service standard up ya guys.

Went to your branch today to look for a liverpool and spurs jersey and was served by store manager - Andy. He is one of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever met. He went above and beyond to provide some alternatives when the cutting for the jersey wasn't good enough. He was also polite throughout and showed no signs of impatience even though I asked a million questions. Thank you Andy. Will visit again.

Came to google to see if I was the only one feeling the bad attitude coming from the staff, Turns out others have come across the same experience as well. If the manager has an attitude like that, I don't expect much from the staff either.
1/5 experience, will not be back again.
