I buy less from The Body Shop now, perhaps because their products don't suit my age. I find their products very synthetic in smell and feel. The staff are very helpful and usually good at their products.

Visited on December 30, 2024. I was welcomed by friendly staff in the shop. The part-time boy (I didn't get his name) was very attentive and able to answer my questions about different products. Verna is very friendly and patiently serves the customers, although there were so many seeking her attention and asking many queries. She is calm and manages with ease. She was even helpful, asking which card to use for payment and sharing any promotions for card payments. I am happy to go back there again.

I was served by Verna. I came here yesterday and today, looking for skincare products but unsure of which one to get. Verna, the store manager, was patient and calm and helped answer any of my queries with a smile on her face. She still remembers me! I love the shop interior too. It's very cute!
