I arrived 10 minutes before store opening and waited for over 45 minutes, but the store still hadn't opened. I then went into the store, only to find they didn't even have stock of the product I needed.

Sophian from this shop has gone the extra mile to help me locate an old Spigen casing model for my Samsung S10. I was already using Spigen, but it has since disintegrated (yes, that old!). Sophian helped to locate which branch still carries it and even offered to reserve it, as there was only 1 left. I'm so thankful for such kind and understanding service. I will never forget it. Outstanding service from Mr. Sophian! He patiently explained the features of both Bose and Sony earbuds, remaining impartial, and letting me try them out. I ultimately chose the Bose QC Ultra earbuds, and I couldn't be happier. Mr. Sophian's expertise and helpfulness made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had a very bad experience with this shop. I paid to get a privacy screen protector on my new phone, but within 1 week, the screen protector appeared with a lot of bubbles. This was by far the worst screen protector I've ever had. I made a trip back 2 weeks later to demand a replacement, but the counter staff refused to replace it. I will definitely avoid this shop in the future.
