Add on follow-ups Not professional. They will no longer do the work well once they think you don’t subscribe more packages. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. (1) the sessions would become super short. Normally takes 1.5hr plus. But then they’d do the steps within less than one hour. (2) the consultant will keep changing and no longer the agreed person when you bought the package (3) some steps would be skipped, e.g. massage the back, neck care eye care. When you pointed out, the person said have done the steps. But what she did is just putting cream on your back and she claimed it’s the back massage I held my subscription extension till the last session, in order to clearly see whether they could do the work well from the very first session to the last. But what they did is too disappointing and unprofessional. Hence, that’s the main reason I decided to not continue. I started my facial session here after seeing their ads on Instagram. At the beginning I doubt about the effect (mostly because of the less ideal service at another prestigious beauty place), hence I just hope to try on it (seeing the big promotion for the first-timer). I took a normal-cleaning session that day, then we spent 3 hours discussing on upgrading my treatment. I was super cautious and still with doubt as I just finished one session here and no idea about the effect. But after 3 hours, I was finally convinced to start a 5-customised sessions. My skin condition improved much within 5 sessions. It’s getting obviously softer, and also cleaner as I could see from the mirror everyday. I’m getting more and more confident with Shakura treatment and decided to extend my plan here equivalent to a two-year plan on monthly basis. All these I hope to appreciate my beautician Selina! Selina taught me many interesting knowledge about skin via vivid and humorous descriptions. She’s so responsible and helped with my treatment much every time. Honestly speaking, 90% of my decision purchasing 2-year plan here is based on my trust to Selina. On beyond, I started my back treatment here, and it’s now my 3rd session. I buyed the package after buying they stoped giving any reminders for session on WhatsApp even after messaging them again asking they did not reply and neither the hotline number people pick up nor the store people picking up my calls to reschedule the appointment I bought 10 session package and this how they are responding on my second session only. On top of that they reduced the steps and the time from the 1st free treatment on that day they took really good care but after I started my package they stoped sending me reminders also the service got degraded which I assumed should get upgraded from the free session. They just fooling people to buy their expensive packages and then do bare minimum after buying with 3rd grade services.Dont buy their packages you will just loose your money and you will get nothing in return.

My experience with this Shakura at Bishan was quite a scam experience. Initially, i signed a minimum package together with ny mom. After using the 1st session of the package , the consultation mentioned they like to sign my mom as sponsored model, which we need to sign a 3 yrs package. During which , they mentioned complimentary products which they sort of pressured me to choose (Guta drink). On the receipt, these complimentary products are charged on my receipt, when i ask they mentioned they need to include to deduct off from system and during facial to add on products for us. We did not want to argued so we left it as that. We realised the product contact fructose which is not suitable for our health, hence i returned them then next day and asking for replacement. They did not action or reply at all. I also returned the sunscreen using the so called points from our purchase to claim, which they also did not responded .1 yr 3 mth later, their consultant gave me another bag of guta drink and told me they need to close this account and want me to sign off. I refused to the product and did not sign to close off as i felt pressured to accept product they push to me which i feedback not suitable and year later push to me again for acceptance. I am puzzled and felt this is all a scam. They actually charged me for the products which i did want and never replace any product that to me when i return the first time and continue to push products to me when i already feedback to them not suitable. They are pushy on their sales tactic and i felt at their mercy as customer
