I really enjoyed the seafood pancake—it was delicious. However, the Busan pork soup rice was extremely disappointing. It neither looked nor tasted like the authentic version I had in Busan, and honestly, it was the worst soup rice I’ve ever had.

The noodles were great; cooked very well. The soup was also good, flavourful enough that I didn't need to add additional salt. I saw all the great reviews about the seafood pancake, so I ordered one to try, but it was nothing but a disappointment. The seafood pancake was more like pa-jepng. While it was crispy, it was extremely oily. Furthermore, there were only about 6 tiny pieces of squid, and not a single shrimp in the pancake either! Lastly, the kimchi is not refillable.

We queued half an hour for dinner on Good Friday. The soups and ingredients were tasteless. It seemed the soups had been diluted with plain water. The cutlery was not clean, and houseflies were flying around. The kimchi pancake was also a disappointment, as the texture was starchy and tasteless. The food is rather pricey; however, the standard is poor. We will not be back.

One of the best Korean spots I’ve tried in a while! We ordered the Pork Bone Spicy Noodles, Kimchi Pancake, and Spicy Pork Bibimbap — everything hit the spot. The noodles were rich and flavourful with just the right level of heat, and the meat was super tender. Kimchi pancake was crispy on the outside and generously portioned. The bibimbap was slightly discounted and was still packed with flavour and perfectly balanced. Service was smooth, the ambience was clean and cozy, and it’s conveniently located at Junction 8 — great for a casual dinner. Prices are a bit on the higher side for a neighbourhood mall, but the quality makes it worth it. Will definitely be back!

I recently visited Seoul Noodles Soup Restaurant and tried a few dishes: Bulgogi Bibimbap: It was decent — the beef was tender and well-seasoned, though the overall flavor could have been more vibrant. Rating: 3.5/5 Kimchi Pancake: A letdown. It was bland with very little kimchi flavor, and the texture was overly sticky and floury rather than crispy. Rating: 2/5 Kimchi Mandu (Dumplings): These were just okay. The filling had a decent taste, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Rating: 3/5 Overall Rating: 3/5 While some dishes were acceptable, others fell flat. It’s an average spot — good if you're nearby, but not necessarily worth a special trip.

Here's an edited version of the review: The photo looks better than the actual dish. The pancake is extraordinary! I love it so much! Noodle-wise, it is quite good. Above standard. Although I saw the guy wearing a mask wash his hand, rub his shirt, and roll the dough. The dumplings are normal. I wouldn't advise adding extra for them. The sauce for them is very nice, and I heard from staff that the boss made it himself. Soup-wise, I feel it somehow lacks a "kick" in flavour. Perhaps that's what the salt on the table is for. Nice touch providing free water.

The portions were very generous, and the noodles were chewy and nice, although the chicken was slightly dry. Sides are refillable, and barley tea is available as well, which is a nice touch. It was on the pricier end, though. May need to wait for a table during peak hours.

Here's the edited review: I recommend the pork bone spicy soup. It's oddly satisfying to pick the tender meat from the crevices of the pork bone. The half chicken noodle was also not bad. The gukbap, on the other hand, was just alright and didn't quite hit the same level.

Nice atmosphere, good food, prompt service, and reasonable price. The best part is the free, refillable side dishes! I ordered the spicy pork bone noodle and had a bit of fun digging meat out from the bone with the gloves provided. I enjoyed my meal and would be back again!

The knife-cut noodle is chewy and bouncy. We ordered the half chicken, spicy pork bone, and spicy squid. The former and latter taste better. The hot stone rice is good. You can personalize the taste by controlling the sauce amount. The seafood pancake was slightly crispy, but I wished it had more ingredients inside. The waiter later told us we should try the cheese potato pancake. Until next time then.
