Halal Zi char Cereal chicken was a bit too sweet; I could taste the sugar grains. The chicken portion was also small.

Tried their buttermilk chicken and carrot cake. Both tasted awfully below average.

This review is for the Seabay Delights outlet at Causeway Point. I ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Rice and added chicken for $3. When the food came, the chicken portion was the same as the normal portion I had bought previously. I enquired with the staff, but they still insisted the portion was more. It was definitely not worth paying $8 + $3 for this dish.

Service was friendly and very fast. The Mongolian fish I ordered was not bad but a little too spicy for me. It’s a personal choice. Rice and egg were fragrant. The food court's ambiance is okay.

Holy smokes, this is the worst stall in the entirety of Singapore. You know when a zichar place serves you within 1 minute of ordering, something is really funky. I ordered the buttermilk chicken rice. Watched in horror as they took precooked popcorn chicken and promptly tossed it into the wok with some "sauce." They moved the chicken around the wok for 30 seconds and immediately proceeded to serve. So basically, no cooking occurred. The rice was already cooked. Popcorn chicken was unceremoniously mixed into whatever they call sauce, and the egg was already fried. This dish cost $6.80. Clearly, the dish is expensive due to labour costs. Silver lining: I managed to save an unsuspecting uncle from also buying from this stall. I think this stall helped me gain good karma. 5 stars for that.

Ever tasted salty carrot cake? Look no further: just order from Seabay Delight, and it will open up your palate to a whole new salty experience. Hmmm, yummy...

I was served cold food. Despite my repeated feedback to the chef, who dismissed my concerns, the replacement dish was also cold and prepared in under 30 seconds, which reflects poorly on the overall dining experience. Not recommended. Lousy chef and lousy food. No wonder the rating is so low.

Worst food I've ever tasted. I ordered Hor Fun and Oyster Omelette. My God! The Hor Fun was so watery it was basically like a soup. The prawns were also super small. The Oyster Omelette was the worst. It didn't taste like egg at all! They probably used too much flour. It was thinner than a pancake and had only 2 or 3 oysters in the whole lot of omelette. And then, when I asked the guy for chilli to eat my Hor Fun, he gave me sambal. Hahahaha. Eat Hor Fun with sambal! First and last time with this stall.

Food was horrible. So not worth it. The carrot cake did not taste like the typical carrot cake you will find at that one kopitiam under your block. It felt like they had never ever eaten carrot cake and tried to copy its recipe for the first time. It might look good when it's served, but don’t let its looks fool you. It had such an unpleasant taste and smell I almost threw up. It was once my comfort food; now, I hate to even think about it. Seabay Delight, please up your standards. Are we experiencing the decline of our heritage? I'm truly disappointed.

This stall is a scam! I ordered the Fried Hokkien Mee ($8 portion) and waited in front of the stall for my food. The hawker gathered all the ingredients and noodles and dumped them into the wok. He then added the broth and eggs, and simply let everything boil in the wok for about 2-3 minutes. Absolutely no effort was put into frying it! The end product was a tasteless plate of Fried Hokkien Mee (perhaps more appropriately called Boiled Hokkien Mee). If not for the chilli, I wouldn't have known how to force myself to eat it, or whether to simply throw it away and waste my money and the ingredients. Food: one star, because the three prawns were fresh. Everything else was a total disaster. Service: one star, because there is no option for anything lower. Atmosphere: four stars, as it is an air-conditioned food court with clean tables and chairs, and it wasn't too crowded.
