A bit pushy, and I don't understand why I was forced to book an appointment on the spot for something 8 weeks away. It adds a lot of pressure, as I really don't know my schedule that far in advance. If they already impose a $10 cancellation fee, shouldn't they let customers book appointments freely instead of forcing them?
The only commendable part is that the SHR process is decent.
But overall, it was still a very stressful appointment.

**Pros:**
One commendable aspect is their commitment to continuously upgrading their machines over the years. As a result, the pain level during the treatment has notably decreased, making it a more comfortable experience. Despite a rotation of staff every few months, I have found most of them to be gentle and professional. However, there have been a few instances where the staff forgot to remove the cooling pad during underarm treatments, which is an area for improvement.
**Cons:**
One area for improvement is their sales approach. Occasionally, the staff can come across as pushy, which has made me feel slightly uncomfortable when contemplating future appointments. Although it is undoubtedly a common practice in beauty salons, I would appreciate it if the team could be more understanding of varying customer budgets and their financial limitations. Not every customer can afford to spend more than $3k on packages, particularly when considering family expenses.
Despite these concerns, I would still recommend Regina for their notable machine upgrades and generally professional staff. It is my hope that they consider enhancing their understanding of individual customer circumstances to create a more inclusive and comfortable environment.
I hope these insights will contribute to the continued growth and improvement of Regina.

Staff are friendly and welcoming! Haven't been back in ages and still feel very comfortable and welcomed. The process is quick and painless. I like that I'm always updated on what the steps are like, for example, that the gel is going to be cold.

I have been coming to Regina for 6-7 months. As an Indian, I have very thick hair that grows within an hour. However, now I shave twice a month. The staff here are very accommodating and polite. I can’t wait to see the end results.

Never-ending thanks and love to Gisela, Tracy, Ely, the staff, and the boss. I can feel they don't just work; instead, they put their genuine hearts into it. Their helpfulness and cohesiveness are respected, and there's no doubt about it. Since my first day with them, every session is simply wonderful! They are very caring, responsive, professional, and deserving of many compliments. I definitely recommend this brand.
To the bad reviewers: please spare some thought. This is a business with a reputation. They ask you to book your next appointment because their slots are usually full. They didn't "force" you to book. Don't think you're as delicate (prone to stress) as your skin. Lastly, regarding the $10 cancellation fee: nobody wishes to earn your $10. They are doing their best to accommodate your busy schedule. If, after reading this, you still feel "stressed," then consider DIY waxing, as most hair removal outlets are unable to slot you in suddenly. Good luck.
