Does this look like Qing Long Cai dish?!!! Don't upsell this. This is REALLY bean sprouts.

The food I ordered was not fully cooked. When I took a bite and brought it back to the staff, they simply re-fried it, including the piece I had already bitten into. Their attitude was extremely poor and unprofessional. The photo below shows the re-fried food and the piece in the middle that I had bitten into.

Horrible fried Putian Bee Hoon. Worse than any economy bee hoon. I just threw away the plain bee hoon. I only ate the vegetables. Though I gave it a try, as I hadn't eaten at this Putian Kitchen in a long time, I was disappointed again.
