No staff taking orders at 5pm on a weekend. 2 male Chinese staff were talking to each other in the kitchen, slacking off. The only one working was the Malay lady.

I asked for a value meal. She mumbled something, then extremely rudely raised her voice and asked, "What is the value meal?" I do not condone this, as I did nothing to warrant being shouted at, and the issue seemed to stem from her wearing a mask and speaking softly and mumbling. I hope this can be resolved and she gets punished. She's a Malay lady wearing a black head covering.

Super sedap! One of the better tasting pepper lunches in Singapore. Love the trio pepper rice and pepper steak! So fun to sizzle it ourselves! Alhamdulilah, I will come again, as it's not as crowded.

Very bad attitude. Ordered takeaway and waited by the side. When some packets came out, I went to take a look if it's mine. I wasn't bothering anyone, and they snapped, "It's not yours! You just ordered and you want to take?" I'm just incredulous. I cannot even check? I didn't even touch any of the packets. Seriously, the attitude problem of these people just goes from bad to worse. And you can never use Food Junction discount here, by the way. The scanner is always spoilt. So bring your biggest notes to pay, screw them over. If you're so frustrated at your job, please do everyone a favour and go find another job that suits you.

I was very unhappy with my order of the upgraded number 1! The service staff told me there were no mashed potatoes! But I saw them! There was obviously a box right in front of me! Then this soup cost extra! So salty! Don’t order this upgraded package! It tasted very bad.

My wife and I visited this store to order takeout, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to the behaviour of one of the staff members.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the queue was exceptionally long, and we patiently waited for approximately 35 minutes to place our order. When it was finally our turn, we encountered a staff member who was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. Despite clearly stating that we wanted takeout, he mistakenly assumed we were dining in. When we corrected him, he responded in a raised voice, which was both unnecessary and disrespectful. His comment, "Next time, tell early!" was particularly uncalled for.
Additionally, when we inquired about the extra charge for takeout, he shouted "30 cents" at us, which felt demeaning. I attempted to address his rudeness by asking why he was behaving in such a manner, to which he replied, "No, I’m not rude; I’m just doing my job." This response only added to our frustration.
When I mentioned that I would be filing a complaint, he raised his arms in the air and said, "Go ahead," which I found to be incredibly dismissive and unprofessional.
This experience has left us infuriated, and I believe it reflects poorly on this store.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behaviour of the staff to ensure that future customers do not have to endure a similar experience. As for us, we will not be returning to the store.

Ordered Salmon and Chicken Pepper Rice and added cheese, totaling $9. Was prepared for a good time, but it got shut down by a minuscule amount of meat. I really don't understand.

I've never left a review for anything before, but this one really deserves one. I ordered chicken pepper rice and an add-on beef. They only gave me one, whereas other outlets are more generous. I didn't want to complain as I was fasting, but if I had known this sooner, I would've ordered something else. 👍🏽

This is the “skinniest” beef pepper hot plate in Singapore! 😆 What a huge difference between their photos and the actual dish! Their weighing device must be faulty, or are they simply trying to scam customers? If you don’t want a disappointing experience, avoid this stall. Their customer service is poor as well—I felt like I was being served by two angry people. 🤮
