Have been coming here regularly for scalp treatments. The treatment sessions by May and Ann are 5-star! I really like that during the treatment, they don't try to hard-sell you products or packages.
Of course, there is still the selling portion by your allocated sales rep, which accounts for the 4-star rating. Personally, I just don't like sitting through any sales pitch.

Went for treatment and was first led to my seat by the receptionist. Shortly after, she came back and said the manager wanted to check my scalp, so I was brought to the consultation room. However, the manager just walked past me without a proper check, and suddenly the receptionist claimed the manager already knew my scalp condition, even though the manager had never seen me before. So ridiculous... The service felt rushed and unprofessional. Treatment quality has also dropped a lot compared to before. Disappointing experience overall.

We went for the deep hydrating treatment because they had a promotion. The consultant walked in without introducing herself and was quite curt during our interaction. After the treatment, when she found out my mom and I weren't going to buy any packages, she spoke to me pretty rudely and barely said thank you or goodbye. Would not recommend.
