I sent my helper to buy 5 puffs and specifically reminded her to ask for extra chilli sauce because we eat very spicy. She came home with only two small, pre-packed sachets? Honestly, I don't think that is reasonable for consumers.

I would like to thank Mr. Daryl for helping to solve a mistake where one box of items was not packed with another, which resulted in the Grabfood rider delivering only one box. The gesture and effort put in to rectify it are commendable. The staff at the outlet were also apologetic throughout the process.

Shitty and buggy app. Unable to add card and PayLah into the app to redeem the birthday voucher. Cannot pay through the app, and cannot pay for the top-up with other payment methods at the counter. Staff told us we had to get exactly $5 worth of items to solve this problem, which is ridiculous. Your badly coded app isn't the responsibility of customers. Do better or close down.

Very badly coded app. I could not make payment using either payment method. My partner faced the same problem. It's the same situation as exactly one year ago. No improvements have been made to the app one year later. This is very bad. The curry puff was nice, I guess.

I had a bad experience a long time ago when I found plastic material (it looked like a piece of broken plastic from a bowl) while chewing my all-time favorite sardine puff. I reported it immediately via email, and the Old Chang Kee team was fast and responsive, visiting our house to collect the material we found. We then received a $10 voucher as a gesture of goodwill to apologize for the inconvenience caused. (Case closed)
But recently, I was shocked when they changed the shape of the sardine puff; it became smaller, had a thicker skin, and was more compact with less filling. Please bring back the previous shape of sardine puff. It was puffier, and the taste was even nicer with the previous shape than the new one.
The potato chip is way too salty, and I won't buy it again. (We only bought it last time because we were tempted by a promotion.) I felt disappointed with both items.
