I purchased the Cosmo X stunning. Honestly, extremely comfortable. The rollers feel different than other known brands and the overall massage has AI Technology to fit to each user. A good foot massager together was the chair was tough to find but Ogawa's was the perfect combination. Fitting for my elderly parents, cabby dad and housewife mum; and personally as a office executive/engineer.

We had a very good experience at Ogawa Store, @Junction 8 with the help of Amiko and April as we try Cosmo X2. This model, with the use of the health tracker system gave me a very personalised massage based on what my needs at the moment. And I can feel the difference! Really love this feature and this massage chair is the one for me!!!!
