Amazing service from the ladies at this outlet. I visited on a Tuesday evening - and needed advice on a new problem I’m facing since turning 40. They very kindly explained the issue and options with glasses or contacts. With an eye test, I bought some contacts to help. I was also running out of contacts and they kindly gave me a few extra pairs to help with my travels, before I’m able to collect my lenses after a trip. Top notch service - will definitely recommend this team. Thank you for helping me :)

Went to make a new pair of glasses. All the staff there is very friendly and helpful. One of the staff (WaiNa) in particular, took great efforts to ensure that I am comfortable with my new short/longsighted degrees and patiently recommended a pair of glasses that I like and within my budget. Highly recommend Nanyang Optical for all your optical needs!

Amazing customer services! My girl had some issues with her glasses and needed some help to adjust them. Despite that they were doing their closing (lights off and half the shutters down), they switched on the lights and patiently adjusted the glasses to perfection. Wow!

What can I say about this place ? They over compensate to the point of being like my mudder. Who knew a simple visit for a pair of glass would turn into a journey for a full check up for astigmatism, height adjustment blah blah blah. Anyway I am very happy with my new pair of glasses. Shout out to Umi for taking good care of me. And accommodating my last minute request.

The only optical shop I've been going to for many years for all my spectacles. We only have 1 pair of eyes. It is important to find an experienced optician/optometrist who prescribes spectacles that suit our needs. I was recently served by Waina, who was very professional, detailed, and meticulous.
