I seldom eat 麻辣拌, but this is the best I've ever eaten. It's really nice. I always go with the 葱油拌面. It never goes wrong.

Finally, an authentic mala mix that did not customize to Singaporean tastebuds. Water was properly drained. It was not overly oily. Chilli oil is fragrant.
