No receipt was given. When I purchased this toy, the string came off and it's practically useless. I purchased from Bishan Junction 8. How can I refund it?? 😭

Extremely bad attitude from the sales person, who didn't even bother to do their job properly. I even had to remove the receipt from the cash machine on my own! I'll never go back to this shop again!!!

Overall good customer service, as well as attentive and patient staff! 😊 They also have a wide range of very fashionable accessories 😆. I bought earrings here for a Christmas present at my friends' recommendations, and the staff were very helpful and even helped to pack my items into the gift box. I will definitely come here again!

The accessories from this store are disappointing in quality. Out of the three earrings I purchased, the hoop earring couldn't close properly, and the paint on the stud earring chipped after just one wear. Definitely would not come back to this store ever again, and would not recommend buying accessories from here.

Keychains and other accessories here are not like those from other shops, which often have their paint chipped after just a month of use. However, when I chose my items and went to the counter, the lady there was very nonchalant, simply taking my money and handing me my change, without even a ‘thank you for purchasing from us’. Overall, it's a good shop to look around and let your impulses take over.
