I was served by Sien Mun, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She recommended the skincare products to me based on my needs and didn't push the much more expensive ones, even those costing close to $100 for a jar of face cream. She stayed cheerful and sincere even when I took a little longer time to decide on my purchase. Good job! Well done!

Google shows business hours are until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 8:59 PM, the store was closed and displayed as 'Closed'. I don't know what the employees were doing inside.

Reasonably priced wide array of products! Here’s my review of what I’ve tried: 1. **Hand creams:** I own two of their hand creams: the ‘Guest House Laundry’ scent and the Green Tea Gel Hand Cream. The fragrance is pretty strong with Innisfree hand creams, though very pleasant. If you are sensitive to fragrances, this may not be suitable. The Guest House Laundry scent is very comforting and nostalgic. I love it. They have lots of samples, so I recommend sampling beforehand. 2. **Volcanic Clay Mask:** Non-stripping, leaves skin feeling fresh and smooth. The tub is slightly pricey, but I recommend this. Leaves my skin feeling clean, healthy, and happy 😆 3. **Green Tea Seed Eye And Face Ball:** Super cooling for depuffing. Very comforting and great for a facial massage. I wouldn’t consider this a must-have, though. However, the Green Tea Seed Serum is very popular and highly recommended by many. 4. **Face Masks:** Reasonably priced, I recommend the soothing and cica masks. They constantly have promotions for these, so I highly recommend them! 5. **Dewy Lip Tint:** Shade 3 is very popular, and many say it's a Dior lip oil dupe. It is great, natural, and moisturizing, but not extremely moisturizing. 6. **Retinol Cica:** Probably the most popular product at Innisfree, and rightfully so. Great for wrinkles, acne, dark spots, etc. But make sure to research beforehand on how to use it properly! 7. **Nail polish:** I find their colors quite pretty, especially the light pink transparent one and the white one!

Was assisted by Vivian on Sunday, June 15, around 5:30 PM. She is very knowledgeable, warm and efficient. She provided me with very useful advice for the questions I asked. She also informed me how the membership points work and how many points I'm short of in order to upgrade for a better discount in the future when I was at the cashier. Honestly, I did not intend to buy anything that day. However, what impressed me most was her going the extra mile to show me how I can get a better deal via ShopBack. Although there were some issues using the app, she did not rush me; instead, she patiently assisted me as I was unfamiliar with the app. I had visited other stores previously; however, the experience was very normal. My heartfelt thanks to Vivian for her excellent service and the extremely enjoyable shopping experience! It is really rare to find such a dedicated and thoughtful sales associate, and I'm really thankful to have been assisted by her. Keep up the good work! I will definitely come back to Bishan Innisfree again whenever I need to top up my skincare. Thanks again, Vivian! 😉
