Fast, quick, and easy. Grab what you want and queue up. Simple and easy. Not to mention, the bread is good for breakfast.

They don't support cashless payment options. I wanted to pay by PayWave, but was told I had to wait. The queue behind me was so long, so I dug up my wallet to pay by cash. There is only one cashier. I don't think I'd come back again.

Love visiting this outlet near NTUC Supermarket. This outlet has a wider variety compared to other smaller outlets. I never miss buying their signature tuna bun and mashed potato with ham in a flower-shaped bun whenever I'm there. However, my most visited outlet is still at Paya Lebar Square, which is on the food court level. What a pity they don't serve the "potato ham flower" there...

How can staff mix candles and holders with cake? Please pack properly!!. Candles are toxic. After eating, I had a stomachache. This shop is evil. Make sure you refund!! Compensate medical bills for 5 victims. Unethical. Refuse to issue a receipt.

Buns with fillings now contain about half the filling they used to. Other products have also gotten smaller. The curry donut is ridiculous. After three bites, I still can't taste any curry flavor. It tastes only of flour. You don't even season your buns now?

I think the cashier needs to be more mindful of hygiene. She used her bare hand to grab the cakes, and, of course, they were not well packed.

The staff at the cashier had a horrible attitude. They couldn't even bother to greet their customers. The staff member who was serving me somewhat angrily put the change into my hand. Horrible customer service.

Collected our Christmas log cake at Bishan outlet after ordering at Whitesands (we also love the exceptional customer service at Whitesands because the aunty who served us over the counter overheard us mentioning we were bringing the cake all the way to Bishan and kindly arranged for us to collect at Junction 8 instead). Love the service at Bishan too, as their staff and supervisor are all smiles when we called the kids to ask them which cake design they preferred. The team at Bishan is very patient and understanding. No request from their customers is too unimportant to be overlooked; we observed that they always strive to accommodate their customers. And they also made an effort to remember their regular customers who drop by to buy bread every day! That’s really impressive... No wonder they are so popular in this heartland. Keep up the good work! :)

Here's the edited review: "This location is in the basement and is tougher to access compared to Breadtalk. I'm not sure whether there is competition between Breadtalk and Four Leaves, but a nostalgic item I remember getting from them was their mini chocolate squares. The shop itself is really small and seems crammed into a corner. See the picture. Four Leaves seems to market mostly mini items here - most items start with “mini”. I got the walnut whole grain bread, supposedly healthy. It tasted quite good, not too sweet, and the nuts were quite good. Oh and they also have a chocolate cake named Coco Exotic."
