The Bak Kut Teh tasted good and the items sold are good.

The tall male staff at this outlet is terribly rude. Needed a little information on TCM items, he was not pleased to reply and when speaking, he did not even bother to look at customers. Tone is rude, as if we cannot afford to buy the products. Felt so disgusted. Perhaps that's the culture now at Eu Yan San. Although I'm a member, decided not to support anymore since the company allow the staff to behave this way to customers. Believe he is not a junior staff as the other staff seems to be fearful of him.
