I had a pair of old sunglasses and was unable to straighten them. I chanced upon Capitol Optical and decided to try my luck. I was ready to be rejected since I hadn't purchased my sunglasses there, but Lee Choo not only helped me adjust them back to their original form, she also offered to tighten them for me, seeing how loose they were.

Very patient and professional service. Friendly, and no hard selling. Gave me ample time to try different specs. Also, the prescription is very accurate. They are comfortable to wear and I can see clearly, even though they are new specs with new power. I didn't really need adjustment time for them.

I was a bit nervous about my teenage child learning to wear contact lenses, but Claris and her staff were incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the process.
