The aunty asked me to collect the food in a rush manner. Then ask me for payment so i told her i paid, she said i need to inform her. Asking me faster take my food away. I told her i want chilli, she just grab n stuff on my hand

Very rude and loud staff, food is too oily, bought a set meal with drink and also brought my own drink. Wanted to clear my own table after my meal and was told I am not allowed to dispose my own drink bottle (500ml ayataka bottle ) in their bin even after I purchased a set meal WITH DRINK. Throughout the meal staff shu hui was observed shouting at every other customer, pressuring and rushing other customer to order.

I think I might have met the same staff the other reviewers mentioned about. Absolutely terrible attitude from the lady with the ginger hair who served me. Wanted to redeem x2 meal vouchers that was purchased online and the lady instantly shot me a death stare. Was told that teriyaki chicken was not available but I was totally fine with other options. What made me decide to leave this review is that as she prepared my order, another "paying" customer came by and she immediately went to serve the customer and finished serving him before continuing with mine. What's up with that? It's not like I didn't pay for my order and to top things off she just left the food on the counter when it was done without saying anything. Terrible service attitude at its best.

Bishan Junction 8. The counter indicate no Grab pay. I didn't notice and used the app. Because the China counter guy said there is Paynow. After I paid, he screamed and shouted at me saying I didn't know how to see the signage. My two young kids were even with me then. I was so pissed off, and told him that I'm a customer and he shouldn't scream at a customer. Morever we are in public. And I even offered for him to take a picture of the transaction. I visited this place on 21st April around 5pm. Food was also very expensive. A small chicken steak and a very small Bason sausage cost $9.80. Won't be coming here anymore.

Over priced… bought chicken bites and teriyaki chicken.. chicken bited $2.9 but didn’t see any price tag for teriyaki chicken but turns out it was $6.1???!!! $9 for chicken bites and teriyaki?????? Shop need to consider properly displaying price tag.

I was eating at the shop next door. The staff from this shop was aggressively washing things in a basin on the other side of the divider. She was so aggressive that her dirty soapy water was flying over the divider onto me and my bag and into my food! I couldn’t continue eating after that because I don’t know what water that was!

Bought honey roasted chicken here . 2 for $15 ,pretty ok slightly over cooked a little too sweet. But ribs is definitely too dry ! And pricey !

I buy the food the guy just throw (take it as pass) tf? if you were the customer I throw your chicken to another staff how would u feel.? so rude.... and another guy... man up be professional say sorry for the experience... I think he lack of training lack of common sense... please likewise same thing happened to them they will not be happy. not bcoz I wanna make a fuss... have never seen such lousy service in my life... no wonder I see the reviews so bad... if I were the boss doing spot check these 2 next day no need to come back for work. what lousy service attitude they have... make me feel like I got wrong to speak up my rights...come on they will not treat their own gf parents whoever like this... unless they really have mental issues and seriously beyond help... this is my 2 cents keep the change.. $7+ waste money buy KFC better. one time experience done

While a bit pricey for an express meal, the meal was good. The eggs were creamy and the chicken had strong honey flavour on the skin. The chicken was marinated well although not that juicy. The sauce pairs well if you would like to elevate the umami flavour.

I would not recommend BBQExpress. It's an overpriced shop with poor customer service. My friend specifically told the short-haired lady to leave out the vegetables, but when the food was served, it contained vegetables. When we confronted her, she simply said she forgot. Very disappointing experience.

Overpriced. I bought chicken bites and teriyaki chicken. The chicken bites were $2.90, but I didn't see a price tag for the teriyaki chicken. It turned out to be $6.10! $9 for chicken bites and teriyaki?! The shop needs to properly display price tags.

I bought the food, and the guy just threw it (or passed it) – what the heck? If you were the customer and I threw your chicken to another staff member, how would you feel? So rude! And another guy... he needs to man up, be professional, and apologize for the experience. I think he lacks training and common sense. If the same thing happened to them, they wouldn't be happy. Not because I want to make a fuss, but I have never seen such lousy service in my life. No wonder the reviews are so bad. If I were the boss doing a spot check, these two wouldn't need to come back for work the next day. What a lousy service attitude they have! It made me feel like I was wrong to speak up for my rights. Come on, they wouldn't treat their own girlfriend's parents or anyone else like this, unless they truly have mental issues and are seriously beyond help. This is my two cents; keep the change. A $7+ waste of money. Better to buy KFC. One-time experience, done.

Read the reviews here and realised they were pretty low when taking out from here in person - my review will be based on delivery as I ordered grabfood from them. Honestly my items were packed well and they paid attention to my instructions for more mayonnaise and sauce, and no spillage ever occurs with my items. I personally enjoy their yakitori omu rice and bacon sausage omu rice, it is comfort food when you are craving something salty sweet and creamy at the same time. The omu rice comes with corn, mayonnaise and their shop’s brown sauce. Their chicken yakitori is a little fatty at times and there is not much grilled flavour, but the portion of meat given is great. Bacon sausage is nice for those who like a little saltier food to go with their omu rice. *This review is based on delivery, and I did not order at the store!

the auntie at the cashier was super niceand friendly. the food came even before I sat down. the chicken was very good and soft. the sauce was amazing and the rice and egg combo was perfect. there was even corn under the egg which was also very good. the only thing is that there was limited seating. underrated place. would come here again.

I read the reviews here and realized they were quite low for in-person takeout. My review, however, will be based on delivery, as I ordered via GrabFood. Honestly, my items were packed well, and they paid attention to my instructions for more mayonnaise and sauce. I've never experienced any spillage with my orders. I personally enjoy their Yakitori Omu Rice and Bacon Sausage Omu Rice. They are comfort food when you are craving something salty, sweet, and creamy at the same time. The Omu Rice comes with corn, mayonnaise, and their shop’s brown sauce. Their chicken yakitori is a little fatty at times, and there isn't much grilled flavour, but the portion of meat given is great.
